Default Great way to clean up bag space

ok now that we have HoM and we can log in armor and mini-pets, i was thinking we could have a hatmaker kinda thing in HoM....

for mini-pets it would work exactly the way that the hatmaker works, pay 50g get the mini customized for ya the armor would be a bit different

now there are 2 ways this can be done but for both the armor should record what color it was when its logged into the HoM and this can be changed by talking to the HoM and using dye on the selected piece of the selected set. also runes would NOT be recorded, but it would not be a big deal to salvage and move the runes *perfect salvage kits and ect*

ok here is option one: when you talk to the guy he just makes the armor piece you want, you put runes on it and wear it, BUT salvaging mats from it is removed to stop exploiting that. now this would be the easiest but would still require moving salvaging and deleting armor.

Option two: when you talk to the guy you choose a set and a piece and he replaces the apperence of the armor you are currently wearing *IF its another set of 15k thats logged in HoM that is, to stop people from accidently screwing themselves* so that the runes are still in place and you dont have to move salvage or delete, just change the apperence and bam there ya go.

this would help out a LOT of people who want many sets of 15k but dont want to fill their ENTIRE inventory with it. this could also work with weps IF the change the system cause currently the only skins you can put in there are stupid destroyer weps -.-.

so yea give ya feedback and w/e

I don't like this idea because some people have 1.5K armors they like. It's on the right track, but not quite right. If I were doing it, I'd create an item which holds all armors you add to it, will let you put any runes you've added to your old armors on the ones you "take out" and would give you a coloring option that works like the cape builder for all future armors so long as you add 3 dyes of every type to it.

i think you should :-choose to display,
or
-leave items inside your hall...
that way you could always walk in there and take out that pet, or armor etc

OR we need a stable kind of thing, cause we should be able to keep our level 20 pets, up to like a max of 5

Armor could just switch with your current set.

You 'talk' to the monument, yo select the armor set, and your armor is replaced by that set, but you keep the colors, the runes, the infusion, etc...

But this would require being able to register non-elite armor sets.
This suggestion reminds me of another I made a long time ago:

Yeah, I was kind of hoping that the HoM minipet thing would be more like a menagerie so I could clear them out of storage by putting them in the HoM. Of course, I remember reading how everyone soooo did not want that to happen when it was being discussed b4 the release of EotN. The way I see it, we got what we asked for and now we want what we asked they didn't do...

What, by giving it to them?

It's a good idea. If the pets are customized to a character, let that character put the pets into the HoM for storage. They've been stripped of all their value other than show, so they're even more of an inventory space waster.

Similarly with armor, weapons.

I'd like the 250 per slot cap for stackable items and mats raised to 1k as well...that would help out alot.

Why not have a mini pet storage box in front of your mini pet stand in your HoM, an armour storage box infront of your armour stand in your HoM and a weapon storage box infront of the weapon stand in your HoM (I have loads of weapons), you could limit these to a certain size but at least all your pets/armour/weapons would be in the same place and it would free up your inventory.

I think this idea is great, my whole storage is full and my 2 bags ( with runes of holding) plus my belt pouch on my warrior, are all full, mostly with armour and weapons. My warrior is the only PvE char i play much and at the moment he only has his backpack to store stuff in.

Well, mini's are already customised, so why not lets us store them in the HoM?

And an armour rack would be real nice...
